I bring over 22 years of experience in the insurance industry. I began my career as a Customer Service Representative. 

In 2006, I transitioned to the role of Office Manager at an Allstate Agency. Shortly after, I was entrusted with the responsibility of establishing an independent agency. This involved securing carrier appointments, managing sales and filing systems, and building a new book of business, which successfully included partnerships with carriers such as Progressive, Travelers, Bristol West, Infinity, and Star Casualty.

In 2016, I made the significant decision to venture out on my own, and I am proud to say that I now operate a family-run agency in Hollywood, with a storefront location, encompassing personal auto, commercial business liability, and homeowners insurance. 

With nearly two decades of experience in the insurance industry, I’ve built a successful career that began in 2004 as a clerical support staff at an insurance agency. Through dedication and a commitment to excellence, I advanced to the role of licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative, where they honored my skills in client relations and policy management.

In 2006, I partnered with my sister to launch our own insurance agency, leveraging my extensive knowledge of agency operations. As Agency Manager, overseeing all aspects of the business, ensuring high-quality service and operational efficiency.
